Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose issues, provide accurate information, and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving problems with empathy and efficiency.
- Document interactions in our CRM with clarity and accuracy.
- Identify trends and report recurring issues to the team to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Meet or exceed service level targets and quality metrics.
- Assist in on-call rotation as needed.
Qualification
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; 4-year degree preferred.
- Resilience, patience, and a positive attitude; willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexibility to work US business hours; remote options may be available depending on schedule.
