NovaPulse Marketing is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our multi-channel campaigns from Toronto. You will own strategy, execution, and optimization across SEO, SEM, content, email, social media, and analytics to drive pipeline and revenue.

Responsibility
- Develop and lead end-to-end digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, content, social, email, and analytics.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) with budget management and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling, conversion-focused content and landing pages.
- Manage marketing automation and email campaigns (drip programs, segmentation, lifecycle marketing) using CRM tools.
- Monitor metrics, generate weekly dashboards, run A/B tests, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with sales, product, and design to improve funnel performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously test new channels and tactics.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience with a track record of measurable results in B2B or B2C environments.
- Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, analytics (GA4, Google Search Console), and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with budget management and ROAS optimization.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills and comfort with A/B testing and experiments.
