Responsibility
- Operate and maintain digital printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and output quality.
- Prepare print files and materials, verifying specifications before production.
- Monitor print jobs, troubleshoot technical issues, and execute timely maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with designers and customer service teams to ensure client requirements are met accurately.
- Manage inventory of inks, paper, and consumables, ensuring adequate stock for daily production needs.
- Perform quality control inspections, identifying and correcting errors prior to order completion.
- Document production activities and maintain strict adherence to safety and process standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the print production department.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; associateās degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 yearsā experience in digital print production or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital printing presses (e.g., HP Indigo, Xerox, Konica Minolta).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and print-ready file preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle print materials as needed.
