Responsibility
- Operate and maintain digital printing equipment for optimal output quality.
- Review print orders for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client specifications.
- Coordinate print schedules to maximize efficiency and meet tight deadlines.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Monitor quality control standards across all print runs.
- Collaborate with prepress, design, and finishing teams to ensure seamless project workflow.
- Maintain accurate production records and manage material inventory.
- Assist with new technology adoption and process improvement.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital print production or comparable print environment.
- Proficiency with Xerox, HP Indigo, or similar digital presses.
- Solid understanding of print file preparation, color management, and finishing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or associateās degree in Printing Technology a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
