Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze EU policy developments and international diplomacy trends
- Prepare briefs, position papers, and talking points for senior leadership
- Coordinate with EU institutions, member state offices, and partner organizations
- Represent the organization at stakeholder meetings and diplomatic events
- Lead negotiation support for alliance building and policy consensus
- Design and implement outreach campaigns to influence policy outcomes
- Develop and manage a network of policy experts, diplomats, and researchers
- Provide timely, accurate research and project management to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder needs
Qualification
- Degree in international relations, political science, law, or a closely related field
- 5+ years of experience in diplomacy, government affairs, or EU policy
- Strong understanding of EU decision making and international law
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Dutch highly valued
- Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills
- Proven project management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations
