This role combines policy analysis, negotiations, and program coordination to inform decision-makers and shape international outcomes.

Responsibility
- Conduct rigorous policy analysis on diplomatic strategy, security, and international cooperation.
- Prepare policy briefs, white papers, and briefing materials for senior government and organizational leaders.
- Interface with government agencies, international organizations, and embassy staff to gather insights and coordinate initiatives.
- Design and execute research projects, including data collection, qualitative reviews, and scenario planning.
- Support negotiation preparation, drafting talking points, and calibration of policy positions.
- Monitor geopolitical developments and assess implications for U.S. foreign policy objectives.
- Plan and deliver presentations, roundtables, and workshops for diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex analysis into implementable policy actions.
Qualification
- Master's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in diplomacy, policy analysis, or government affairs.
- Strong understanding of international relations theory, diplomacy practice, and geopolitical risk assessment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in briefing senior officials and facilitating negotiations or stakeholder dialogues.
- Proficiency in data analysis, research methodologies, and policy evaluation frameworks.
- Multi-cultural fluency and experience working in multinational teams or with foreign partners.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
