  • Develop and implement leadership development strategies aligned to business goals and culture

  • Strong change management, communication, and stakeholder management skills at executive levels
  • Expertise in designing delivering and assessing leadership development programs with measurable impact
  • Influential partner with C level leaders and ability to drive strategy into action
  • Data driven mindset with ability to define and track leadership metrics ROI
  • Experience managing budgets and external vendor relationships for development programs
