Apex Strategy & Leadership seeks a Director of Organizational Leadership to accelerate leadership excellence across our client base and internal teams. This is a high-visibility role designed for a strategic, people-centered leader who can blend rigorous analysis with compassionate execution.
In this role, you will partner with C-suite executives to craft and implement a scalable leadership architecture, including leadership development programs, succession planning, and culture-change initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
Ideal candidates bring a proven record of leading organizational design and change programs, coaching senior leaders, and translating strategy into practical action. A proactive communicator with executive presence, you will influence stakeholders at all levels and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive organizational leadership strategy aligned with business goals and culture.
- Design and implement scalable leadership development programs, coaching pipelines, and succession plans.
- Partner with HR, operations, and executive teams to optimize organization design, roles, and governance.
- Lead culture transformation efforts focused on inclusion, psychological safety, and high performance.
- Drive change management initiatives for major strategic programs, including communication plans and stakeholder engagement.
- Measure impact through leadership metrics, talent analytics, and business outcomes; report findings to executive leadership.
- Coach and develop senior leaders; facilitate executive forums and learning experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed leadership capabilities into onboarding and performance processes.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience, with a track record in organizational design and leadership development.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering large-scale leadership development programs and coaching at the executive level.
- Strong change management expertise with the ability to influence at all levels and manage stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; proven ability to translate strategy into action.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using talent analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; ability to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
- Professional certifications in coaching or change management (ICF, ACMP, SHRM) are a plus.
