Apex Strategy & Leadership seeks a Director of Organizational Leadership to accelerate leadership excellence across our client base and internal teams. This is a high-visibility role designed for a strategic, people-centered leader who can blend rigorous analysis with compassionate execution.

In this role, you will partner with C-suite executives to craft and implement a scalable leadership architecture, including leadership development programs, succession planning, and culture-change initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organizational leadership strategy aligned with business goals and culture.
  • Design and implement scalable leadership development programs, coaching pipelines, and succession plans.
  • Partner with HR, operations, and executive teams to optimize organization design, roles, and governance.
  • Lead culture transformation efforts focused on inclusion, psychological safety, and high performance.
  • Drive change management initiatives for major strategic programs, including communication plans and stakeholder engagement.
  • Measure impact through leadership metrics, talent analytics, and business outcomes; report findings to executive leadership.
  • Coach and develop senior leaders; facilitate executive forums and learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed leadership capabilities into onboarding and performance processes.

Qualification

  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience, with a track record in organizational design and leadership development.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering large-scale leadership development programs and coaching at the executive level.
  • Strong change management expertise with the ability to influence at all levels and manage stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; proven ability to translate strategy into action.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using talent analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
