Aspire Leadership Partners is seeking a strategic and transformative Director of Organizational Leadership to advance our clients' leadership capacity and organizational effectiveness.

In this role, you will partner with C-suite executives to design scalable leadership programs, drive culture initiatives, and align leadership capability with business strategy.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive organizational leadership strategy aligned with business goals and performance metrics.
  • Design, execute, and scale leadership development programs, coaching, and succession planning across diverse teams.
  • Lead change management initiatives to improve onboarding, adoption, and execution of strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape organizational design, governance, and decision-making processes.

  • Partner with HR, Learning & Development, and operations to operationalize leadership initiatives across the organization.

Qualification

  • Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience, with a proven track record in organizational development and strategy execution.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills; experience advising C-suite and senior leaders.
  • Expertise in change management, talent development, succession planning, and leadership assessment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale programs across multi-functional teams and remote/work hybrid environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies accordingly.
