Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-disciplinary projects, from discovery to rollout, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and success criteria; manage scope changes and risks.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with product, engineering, operations, and data teams.
- Establish governance, reporting cadences, and performance dashboards for stakeholders at all levels.
- Mentor junior PMs and align with PMO standards and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers; implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure quality deliverables, stakeholder satisfaction, and sustainable benefits realization.
- Lead vendor and partner relationships, contract oversight, and procurement coordination as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP, AgilePM, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex programs in tech or professional services.
- Strong leadership, communications, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello) and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; ability to tailor approach per project.
- Excellent risk management, budgeting, and resource planning capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment.
- Experience delivering London-based projects and knowledge of UK compliance is a plus.
