Responsibility
- Lead day-to-day dropshipping operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment and product quality.
- Analyze metrics and create reports for sales performance, supply chain, and customer experience.
- Optimize processes for inventory management, shipping logistics, and returns.
- Work closely with marketing, customer support, and IT teams to execute cross-functional initiatives.
- Identify and vet new suppliers or automation tools to streamline workflows.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and present effective solutions.
- Implement SOPs and best practices for sustainable growth.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2 yearsâ experience in dropshipping, e-commerce operations, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in supplier management and order automation tools.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
