Responsibility

- Analyze sales reports, key performance indicators, and user behavior to drive continuous improvements.
- Manage product listings, inventory, and promotional campaigns across all channels.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and courier partners.
- Monitor website performance and collaborate with IT for prompt resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with legal, data privacy, and quality standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations (Shopify, Magento, or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to exceed targets.
- Advanced knowledge of e-commerce KPIs, metrics, and conversion strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Knowledge of U.S. e-commerce laws and regulations.
