We are seeking an E-commerce Growth Manager to own revenue expansion, merchandising strategy, and marketplace operations in a fast-paced environment.
You will collaborate with product, marketing, and logistics teams to deliver measurable impact, from traffic generation to conversion optimization and customer retention.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end e-commerce growth strategy across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Develop and execute merchandising and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead marketplace launches, catalog optimization, and product assortment decisions.
- Monitor key metrics (GMV, AOV, ROAS, CAC) and run data-driven experiments (A/B testing, CRO).
- Collaborate with marketing to align paid and organic channels with conversion-focused campaigns.
- Partner with ops and supply chain to ensure stock availability and fulfillment performance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing ecommerce team or cross-functional squads.
Qualification
- 5+ years in ecommerce growth, marketplace management, or DTC operations.
- Proven track record of driving revenue, AOV, and ROAS improvements.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (or equivalent), Amazon Seller Central, and other marketplaces.
- Strong data literacy with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, SQL basics, and experimentation tools.
- Expertise in SEO, paid media, CRO, and conversion funnel optimization.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
