Responsibility
- Develop and execute the end-to-end e-commerce growth strategy across web, mobile, and marketplaces to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Own optimization through analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation to improve conversion rates, average order value, and cart abandonment.
- Lead merchandising, catalog management, and content strategy to present compelling product narratives and promotions.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to launch features that enhance usability and checkout flow.
- Manage performance marketing programs (paid search, social, affiliates) with data-driven budgeting and ROI tracking.
- Monitor key metrics, generate insights, and communicate progress to leadership with clear dashboards and reports.
- Mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of testing, learning, and rapid iteration.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of e-commerce, growth, product, or digital marketing experience.
- Proven track record driving revenue growth, conversion rate optimization, and AOV improvements.
- Strong data analysis skills (SQL, GA4, Looker/PowerBI) and experience with experimentation tools (A/B testing, MVT).
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms and OMS/PIM integrations.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management.
