NovaPulse Studios is seeking a proactive and imaginative Entertainment Content Producer to lead high impact video and scripted content for our IPs and campaigns. Based in Los Angeles, you will shape storytelling, oversee production, and drive content that delights audiences across platforms.
As a core driver of our creative pipeline, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic briefs into compelling, scalable content with measurable impact.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end content production from concept to delivery, ensuring brand alignment and on-time launch.
- Collaborate with creative, editorial, and marketing teams to develop engaging narratives for video, social, and multiplatform campaigns.
- Manage production calendars, budgets, vendors, and post-production pipelines to maintain quality and schedule.
- Write and edit scripts and treatment decks for pitches, series, and episodes.
- Optimize content visibility with SEO best practices and platform-specific optimization (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
- Coordinate talent, location scouting, licensing, and rights management for shoots.
- Analyze performance data, extract insights, and iterate on content strategy with stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in entertainment content production, video, or media.
- Proven track record delivering multi-episode series or campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills; ability to craft scripts and pitch materials.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects) and project management tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, metadata practices, and platform algorithms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and deadline management in fast-paced environments.
