NovaPulse Gaming is seeking a dynamic Esports Content Strategist to elevate our brand across leagues, events, and digital channels. This role blends storytelling, data-driven planning, and collaborative execution to engage players, fans, and sponsors.
In this role you will work with content creators, partners, and production teams to craft compelling narratives, drive sponsorship integration, and scale our presence across platforms. You will own the content calendar, coordinate with broadcast teams, and help us translate competitive moments into lasting audience engagement.

Responsibility
- Develop and own the esports content calendar across platforms (short-form, long-form, and live streaming) to maximize audience growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with production and broadcasting teams to create high-quality content segments, player profiles, and event recaps.
- Identify and secure sponsorship-friendly content opportunities and co-create campaigns with brand partners.
- Analyze performance data, audience insights, and competitive benchmarks to optimize content strategy.
- Coordinate with event teams for on-site coverage, interviews, and live-stream integration during tournaments.
- Manage relationships with players, teams, streamers, and coaches to ensure authentic storytelling.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for monthly content sprints and post-event reporting.
- Oversee content localization and accessibility to reach diverse audiences.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years in esports, gaming media, or sports marketing with a track record of content strategy and execution.
- Proven ability to plan and execute multi-platform content across streaming, social, and digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with sponsorship activation, brand partnerships, and contract negotiation is a plus.
- Familiarity with production processes, video editing, and broadcast workflows is a plus.
- Ability to travel for events and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends during events.
