Responsibility
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Odoo ERP modules and features based on business needs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Integrate Odoo ERP with third-party systems and internal company applications
- Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvements to ensure optimal system performance
- Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Provide technical support and user training for internal teams across various divisions
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases, modules, and technologies to continuously enhance our ERP ecosystem
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP development and customization
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and Odoo framework
- Experience integrating Odoo with other business systems and APIs
- Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Understanding of business processes in areas such as inventory, sales, finance, and HR
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
