Based in Los Angeles or remote within the US, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate esports events, influencer programs, and content partnerships that resonate with fans and deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated esports marketing campaigns and activations that build brand affinity and drive measurable ROI.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage sponsorships, partnerships, and affiliate programs with teams, leagues, game publishers, and agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with players, influencers, creators, and media partners to maximize reach and engagement.
- Plan and execute live events, activations, tournaments, and viewing parties that deliver fan-first experiences.
- Collaborate with product, content, and PR teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across channels.
- Track performance using dashboards and analytics; optimize activations based on data insights and KPIs.
- Own budgets, timelines, and project management for campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and scope with partners to maximize value while maintaining compliance and brand safety.
Qualification
- 3+ years in esports marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, or related fields.
- Deep knowledge of esports ecosystems, including teams, players, events, and digital communities.
- Proven track record of managing sponsorships, influencer campaigns, and multi-channel activations.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to travel as needed and collaborate with global partners.
