We are seeking a seasoned Executive Coach to help high-potential leaders unlock peak performance, cultivate resilient teams, and accelerate strategic impact. This full-time role blends one-on-one coaching, group program design, and enterprise-level coaching delivery for corporate clients.
As a member of our team, you will partner with executives and managers to diagnose development needs, design coaching curricula, and measure outcomes with clarity and integrity. You will also contribute to thought leadership, deliver training sessions, and coach across diverse industries to drive sustainable growth.
Responsibility
- Partner with leaders to diagnose development needs and create personalized coaching roadmaps that align with business goals.
- Deliver transformative one-on-one coaching sessions, provide actionable feedback, and establish accountability for growth.
- Design, facilitate, and scale group coaching programs and leadership development workshops for diverse teams.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent and L&D to integrate coaching with talent strategy and key performance indicators.
- Measure impact through established metrics, track progress, and report insights to stakeholders with clarity.
- Mentor junior coaches, contribute to program development, and share best practices across the organization.
- Maintain rigorous ethical standards and confidentiality while staying current on coaching theories and tools.
Qualification
- Certified professional coach (ICF ACC or PCC, or equivalent) with 5+ years of coaching experience at senior leadership levels.
- Proven track record delivering executive and leadership coaching in corporate settings.
- Strong listening, questioning, and facilitation skills; ability to build trust quickly.
- Experience designing coaching programs, assessments, and measurement frameworks.
- Excellent collaboration skills with HR, L&D, and business leaders; comfortable influencing at senior levels.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed or as hybrid remote.
