In this role, you will work with C-suite and senior executives to accelerate growth, improve performance, and foster resilient teams. You will leverage evidence-based coaching methodologies, assess leadership capabilities, and craft actionable development plans.

Responsibility
- Lead executive coaching engagements with senior leaders, including goal setting, feedback, and progress tracking.
- Design and deliver tailored leadership development programs and workshops.
- Perform needs assessments, 360 feedback, and coaching plans aligned to client outcomes.
- Facilitate group coaching sessions and cross-functional leadership programs.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure sustainable behavior change and ROI.
- Document progress and prepare executive-facing reports and recommendations.
- Mentor junior coaches and contribute to thought leadership within the firm.
Qualification
- Master's degree in psychology, organizational development, business, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in executive coaching or leadership development.
- Certification in executive coaching (e.g., ICF PCC or ACC, EMCC) preferred.
- Proven track record delivering coaching to C-suite or senior leaders.
- Strong assessment, feedback, and communication skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work with diverse clients and adapt methodologies to organizational context.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
