Responsibility
- Deliver personalized, strategic coaching to C-suite and senior leaders within diverse organizations.
- Assess individual and group performance; develop actionable coaching plans to meet organizational goals.
- Lead intensive workshops and seminars promoting leadership agility, resilience, and vision.
- Utilize industry-leading assessment tools and frameworks to measure growth and success.
- Build trusting relationships, ensure confidentiality, and advocate for client advancement.
- Monitor progress, providing consistent feedback and accountability to inspire sustainable change.
- Stay informed with the latest executive coaching trends, research, and methodologies.
- Contribute thought leadership through articles, whitepapers, and public speaking engagements.
Qualification
- Minimum 7 years' coaching experience, preferably with executive or senior leadership clients.
- Accredited coaching certification (ICF PCC or above highly preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in leadership development and organizational behavior.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
- Passion for ongoing professional development and learning.
