Responsibility
- Conduct thorough client assessments, establish coaching agreements, and define clear outcomes.
- Design and execute personalized coaching journeys and action plans aligned to client goals.
- Facilitate transformative coaching conversations, powerful questioning, and reflective practice.
- Track progress through measurable metrics and adapt plans to maximize impact.
- Lead group coaching sessions, workshops, and scalable developmental programs.
- Collaborate with program designers to create compelling curricula and coaching tools.
- Maintain impeccable client experience, manage a robust caseload, and uphold confidentiality.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a high-performance coaching culture.
Qualification
- ICF-accredited coaching certification or 5+ years of equivalent, verifiable coaching experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of facilitating measurable improvements in leadership, performance, or personal growth.
- Exceptional listening, inquiry, and facilitation skills with the ability to tailor approaches to diverse clients.
- Strong ability to design action plans, set SMART goals, and hold clients accountable.
- Comfort working with remote clients and in-person sessions; adaptable scheduling.
- Familiarity with coaching frameworks (GROW, SMART goals, feedback models) and tools.
- High integrity, client confidentiality, and professional business acumen.
