Responsibility

  • Lead engaging small-group and bootcamp workouts with precise coaching cues and demonstrations.
  • Design and adapt customized training plans based on initial assessments, goals, and progression.
  • Perform fitness assessments, track results, and adjust programs to maximize progress.
  • Ensure safe technique, proper warm-ups/cool-downs, and safe equipment setup.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and communicate progress, goals, and adjustments.
  • Foster high client retention through exceptional service, motivation, and education on movement and recovery.
  • Collaborate with nutrition and recovery teams to provide holistic wellness guidance.

Qualification

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent) with current CPR/AED.
  • 2+ years of coaching experience in fitness facilities or studios.
  • Strong knowledge of program design, progressions, and regression strategies across modalities.
  • Excellent communication, charisma, and motivational skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and class scheduling tools; ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Group fitness or specialty certifications (HIIT, Yoga, Strength, etc.) are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and some weekends as needed.
