PulseLab Fitness Collective is redefining modern wellness through science-driven workouts and community-first coaching. Weâre seeking a dynamic Fitness Coach & Program Lead to design impactful programs, lead high-energy group sessions, and support member success in the heart of Los Angeles.
In this role, youâll collaborate with our coaching team to create progressive training plans, administer assessments, and deliver exceptional member experience that converts new sign-ups into long-term clients.

Responsibility
- Lead and coach group fitness classes ( HIIT, strength, mobility ) with inclusive coaching and clear progressions.
- Design and update periodized fitness programs for different ability levels.
- Conduct initial assessments and track progress; adjust plans based on data and feedback.
- Foster strong member relationships through exceptional onboarding and ongoing support to improve retention.
- Collaborate with nutrition and wellness teams; deliver educational workshops and seminars.
- Maintain safety standards, supervise equipment, and ensure a clean, safe training environment.
- Utilize CRM and member management tools to monitor progress and communicate effectively.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by sharing client success stories and class highlights.
Qualification
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent from NASM, ACE, ACSM, or NFPT.
- Minimum 2 years of group fitness or personal training experience.
- Strong knowledge of program design, mobility, injury prevention, and scaling for all levels.
- CPR/AED certification and current first aid knowledge.
- Excellent communication, motivation, and empathy; ability to inspire diverse clients.
- Ability to lead multiple classes per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency with fitness apps, wearables, and data tracking; comfortable with CRM tools.
- Bachelorâs degree in Exercise Science or a related field preferred.
