Join Aurora Foods Asia as a Food Quality Assurance Lead. You will spearhead Quality Management Systems, ensure HACCP/GMP/ISO 22000 compliance, and drive product excellence across the full lifecycle from raw materials to finished products.
We seek a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and collaborates cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver safe, high-quality food items.
In this role, you will champion quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while shaping a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibility
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000) for all manufacturing lines.
- Design and supervise QC testing, inspection criteria, and release protocols to ensure product safety and specification conformance.
- Coordinate internal audits and supplier quality audits; drive CAPA and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D and Operations to scale new products while preserving shelf-life and labeling compliance.
- Manage QA team, train staff, and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Analyze quality data, generate KPIs, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Oversee non-conformances, customer complaints, and recall readiness; implement preventive measures.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years in quality assurance/quality control within the food manufacturing sector; leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and country-specific food safety regulations.
- Proven experience with CAPA, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making; proficiency in Excel and QA software.
- Experience with supplier quality management and factory audits.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexibility for shifts or extended hours as needed.
