Responsibility
- Promote and demonstrate gadgets to customers on the shop floor, explaining features and benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provide accurate product information, compare options, and answer customer questions with confidence.
- Build rapport with customers, gather feedback, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.
- Assist with stock management, shelf replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain attractive displays.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and promote accessories, warranties, and service plans.
- Collaborate with store team and supervisors; share insights on customer needs and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and company policies in all interactions.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail, electronics or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment; comfortable standing for long periods.
- Basic math, cash handling, and familiarity with POS systems.
- Genuine interest in gadgets and technology; willingness to learn product lines.
- Fluent Indonesian; basic English is a plus; strong teamwork and adaptability.
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings as required by store hours.
