NovaPlay Interactive is seeking a skilled Game Streaming Producer to join our dynamic team in Seattle. You will own live broadcasts, collaborate with developers and creators, and help shape the future of interactive gaming content.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end production for scheduled streams, coordinate with the marketing and community teams, and ensure high-quality, engaging broadcasts across platforms.

Responsibility
- Lead planning and execution of weekly live streams, premieres, and live events across platforms (Twitch, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with developers, marketing, and community to develop show concepts, segments, and guest appearances.
- Oversee technical setup including capture, encoding, overlays, alerts, and stream health to ensure reliable broadcasts.
- Manage production schedules, run-of-show, and on-screen graphics while remaining flexible for ad-hoc changes.
- Analyze performance metrics post-stream and implement improvements to enhance retention and viewer engagement.
- Mentor junior hosts and coordinate with influencers or external creators to maximize reach.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, or related field, or equivalent proven experience.
- 5+ years of experience in live streaming production, video editing, or broadcast operations.
- Strong proficiency with OBS Studio, Streamlabs, or similar streaming software; familiarity with Twitch and YouTube Gaming ecosystems.
- Excellent storytelling, on-camera presence, and ability to improvise under pressure.
- Technical troubleshooting skills and understanding of encoding settings, latency, and stream health.
- Collaborative, cross-functional team player with strong communication and project management skills.
