Responsibility
- Host live sessions on platforms such as Instagram Live, TikTok Live, and brand owned streams with high energy and authentic delivery.
- Plan, script, and execute segments that align with campaign goals and brand voice.
- Moderate and energize live chats, respond to questions, and manage audience expectations in real time.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and production teams to ensure smooth stream flow and technical readiness.
- Manage on screen prompts, overlays, and guest appearances to deliver polished broadcasts.
- Track performance metrics such as viewership, engagement, and conversion rates, and share insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain strict adherence to brand safety, guidelines, and local regulations during live events.
- Drive actions that grow followers and audience loyalty, including calls to action for subscribes, follows, and purchases.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a live host, MC, streamer, or on camera presenter with a portfolio or sample streams.
- Excellent spoken English and Indonesian; strong on camera presence and storytelling ability.
- Comfortable improvising, thinking on your feet, and maintaining energy across long sessions.
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms (Instagram Live, TikTok Live, YouTube Live) and basic streaming tools; OBS or similar is a plus.
- Strong communication, audience reading, and chat moderation skills.
- Flexible freelance schedule including evenings and weekends; reliable internet connection and basic tech setup.
- Creative mindset with a knack for adapting messages to different brands and campaigns.
- Portfolio or links to previous live hosting performances are preferred.
