In this role, you will be the bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Operations. You will identify target industries and companies that can benefit from our staffing solutions, IT and business process outsourcing, and workforce management services. You will craft targeted outreach campaigns, create compelling communications, and participate in client meetings to demonstrate how Mitra Utama Madani can deliver measurable value such as faster time-to-hire, improved talent quality, cost containment, and scalable workforce solutions.
Your responsibilities include building a healthy sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and supporting proposals and presentations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor service offerings, respond to RFPs, and ensure a smooth handoff to the delivery team after closing. You will maintain accurate records in our CRM, track key performance indicators, and report on market feedback to inform product and service improvements.

Responsibility
- Identify and target potential corporate clients for outsourcing staffing solutions in Jakarta and beyond.
- Present and demonstrate Mitra Utama Madani's outsourcing services to C-suite and management teams.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Prepare compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track performance metrics, and forecast revenue.
- Negotiate terms, close contracts, and ensure a smooth transition to delivery teams for client success.
Qualification
- 1-3 years of B2B sales or marketing experience in outsourcing, staffing, or HR solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian; ability to present to executives.
- Understanding of outsourcing, MSP/VMS concepts and workforce solutions (e.g., staffing, payroll, HR administration).
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and hit targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office; ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment; willing to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
