We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing facilities team in New York. This role combines hands-on maintenance, diagnostic expertise, and a commitment to safety and customer service.
As a trusted expert, you will install, service, and repair HVAC systems across commercial and residential sites, ensuring energy efficiency and reliable comfort for customers. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, handle refrigerants per regulations, and collaborate with project teams on upgrades.

Responsibility
- Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and residential HVAC systems (air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and controls).
- Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections to maximize uptime and energy efficiency.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and service orders.
- Repair or replace components such as compressors, thermostats, valves, sensors, and ductwork.
- Handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations and safety standards.
- Respond to service calls promptly and document work performed in our CMMS.
- Collaborate with project teams on system upgrades, retrofits, and commissioning.
- Maintain tools, parts inventory, and a clean, safe work environment.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical certification (NATE, EPA Section 608, or equivalent).
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience in residential and/or light commercial settings.
- Strong understanding of electrical controls, refrigerants, gauges, and HVACR theory.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; willingness to travel to sites as needed.
