Responsibility
- Interpret and analyze complex data sets, identifying trends and actionable insights to support business objectives.
- Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports using modern data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, gather data, and deliver insightful analytics solutions.
- Assist in data cleaning, validation, and preparation to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical results.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover key patterns and correlations.
- Present findings in clear, concise formats to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency in data operations.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices, tools, and industry trends in data analytics.
Qualification
- Bachelorās degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is an advantage.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Keen attention to detail, organized, and willing to learn new technologies.
