Responsibility
- Supervise daily feeding, care, and health monitoring of cattle and pigs
- Develop and implement efficient farm management practices
- Coordinate livestock procurement, breeding, and record-keeping
- Manage and mentor a team of farm workers
- Oversee equipment maintenance and facility cleanliness
- Maintain strict compliance with animal welfare and safety regulations
- Analyze production data and report on farm performance
- Drive the adoption of innovative livestock technologies
Qualification
- Bachelorās degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with livestock management
- Proficiency in animal health and nutrition protocols
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with agricultural technology and record systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Valid US driverās license
