Prairie Crest Livestock Co. is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on our growing beef cattle and sheep operation near Davenport, Iowa. Responsibility

  • Oversee daily farm operations, including animal health, nutrition, breeding, weaning, and welfare checks.
  • Plan and adjust feeding programs, pasture rotation, water systems, and climate/vet-related considerations to optimize growth and profitability.
  • Monitor veterinary needs, vaccination schedules, parasite control, and preventive health protocols.
  • Coordinate breeding plans, track production metrics, and generate regular performance reports for ownership.

Qualification
