Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end logistics operations including inbound receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
- Develop and monitor KPIs across warehouse, transportation, and inventory functions; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with carriers, 3PL providers, and internal teams to optimize routing, scheduling, and transportation costs.
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and accuracy to minimize shrinkage and improve service levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards; uphold audit readiness and process documentation.
- Lead digital transformation efforts by implementing and optimizing WMS/TMS tools and data analytics to inform decisions.
- Manage budgeting, headcount planning, vendor negotiations, and performance reviews for the logistics team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of logistics or operations management experience in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of WMS/TMS, ERP systems, and data analytics; proficient in Excel; SQL experience a plus.
- Proven track record of cost optimization and vendor management, with measurable results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Coaching and team-building experience; able to lead local and remote/hybrid teams.
