Responsibility
- Design, plan, and book tailor-made luxury holidays for high-net-worth clients
- Provide expert destination advice and recommendations to exceed client expectations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global travel trends, exclusive resorts, and private tours
- Coordinate bookings, itineraries, and special requests across air, land, and sea travel
- Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel
- Build and nurture strong relationships with preferred suppliers and partners
- Generate new leads and proactively manage client portfolios for repeat business
- Resolve issues swiftly and professionally to ensure memorable travel experiences
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury or bespoke travel consulting
- Demonstrated knowledge of international destinations, luxury hotels, and tour providers
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo)
- Proven sales success with a consultative approach
- Proficiency in CRM and reservation management systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Certificate III in Travel or equivalent is desirable
