Responsibility
- Prepare, deliver, and assess engaging lectures in management and business-related subjects following international educational standards
- Develop syllabi, teaching materials, and online resources to enhance student learning experience
- Supervise and mentor students in academic projects, internships, and research activities
- Conduct academic research and contribute to publications in peer-reviewed journals
- Participate in curriculum development, program evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide academic advising and career guidance to students
- Collaborate with colleagues on scholarly initiatives and institutional events
- Engage in faculty meetings, workshops, and on-going professional development
Qualification
- Master’s degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Ph.D. preferred)
- Proven teaching experience in a university or higher education setting
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to integrate technology and innovative pedagogy in the classroom
- Track record of academic research and publication is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to student-centered learning and academic excellence
- High level of professionalism and adaptability in a multicultural environment
