Leuwijaya Utama Textile is seeking a dedicated Staff Training Specialist to join our team in Cimahi, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Responsibility
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs for employees
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs
- Administer training assessments to measure results
- Maintain training records and documentation
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems
