Macquarie Group is seeking a proactive Healthcare Manager to join our team in Indonesia. This leadership role oversees the design, delivery, and quality of healthcare services that support our employees and operations, while maintaining rigorous regulatory compliance and cost discipline. You will partner with local and global stakeholders to align health programs with business objectives, driving outcomes that improve workforce wellbeing, patient safety, and overall service quality.
As the Healthcare Manager, you will own end-to-end program management, including clinical governance, vendor relationships, and performance measurement. You will lead a cross-functional team, mentor clinicians or health administrators, manage the budget, and implement evidence-based process improvements to optimize care delivery. You will ensure compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations and privacy laws, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as you collaborate with HR, risk, and operations to deliver health services that align with corporate strategy.

Responsibility
- Oversee healthcare service delivery and clinical governance across Indonesia operations.
- Develop and manage health programs, policies, and patient care standards.
- Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and cost control while maintaining quality.
- Lead and develop a cross-functional health services team; recruit and train.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with HR, risk, and operations on health initiatives, wellbeing programs, and incident management.
- Track performance metrics, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, public health, nursing, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of healthcare operations or health administration experience; leadership experience in Indonesia preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations, privacy, and safety standards.
- Experience in budget management and vendor contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; stakeholder management.
- Proven track record in process improvement, quality assurance, and data analytics.
- Ability to lead diverse teams, work in fast-paced environments, and manage competing priorities.
