As a bilingual administrative professional, you will translate and interpret for meetings, translate documents, and assist in training Indonesian staff to communicate effectively with Chinese counterparts. Responsibility

  • Provide accurate Mandarin-English and Indonesian translations for operations, procurement, sales, and HR teams.
  • Interpret during meetings, conference calls, and site visits to facilitate cross-cultural communication.
  • Translate documents, emails, contracts, and standard operating procedures; maintain a bilingual glossary and style guide.
  • Assist in onboarding and training Indonesian staff to interact with Chinese colleagues; support language workshops.
  • Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, calendar management, and documentation control.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients to schedule deliveries and respond to inquiries in Mandarin and Indonesian.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information; contribute to process improvements in translation workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support logistics operations and reporting.

Qualification

  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; degree in languages, international relations, business, or related field.
