Central Asia Insurance is expanding its marketing team and inviting a results-driven Marketing Specialist to join us in Batu Raja Barat, Sumatera Selatan. In this full-time role, you will design and execute customer-centric campaigns for our life, health, and general insurance products, helping to grow our presence in Baturaja and surrounding markets, including Palembang and other parts of South Sumatra.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will identify growth opportunities, conduct market research, and develop messaging that resonates with both individuals and businesses. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partner channels to create compelling materials, manage campaigns across digital and offline channels, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and brand guidelines. A successful candidate is analytical, persuasive, and passionate about helping customers protect what matters most.
What you'll do includes building a strong local brand, nurturing relationships with agents and corporate clients, tracking performance with clear KPIs, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. You will also create sales enablement tools, organize community events and webinars, and deliver training to partners to boost product knowledge and conversion rates. If you are energized by the South Sumatra market and ready to drive meaningful results in insurance marketing, we want to hear from you. Proficiency in Indonesian is required with English as a plus.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote insurance products in Baturaja and surrounding areas.
- Build a robust client and agent network; manage a healthy sales pipeline toward monthly targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to tailor offerings and create compelling sales tools.
- Plan and execute promotional events, seminars, and digital campaigns; monitor ROI and KPIs.
- Provide training and support to partners and internal teams on product features and value propositions.
- Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and adjust strategies to improve results.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of marketing or sales experience in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient with CRM systems, data analysis, and lead management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; results-driven and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of local market in Sumatera Selatan; fluency in Indonesian; English a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and content creation; event planning experience is a plus.
