Responsibility
- Provide 1:1 mentoring sessions to help clients articulate goals and design personalized development plans.
- Assess client strengths, gaps, and progress using structured coaching tools.
- Deliver actionable feedback and accountability to ensure sustained growth.
- Design and facilitate group mentoring sessions and micro-learning modules.
- Track outcomes, measure impact, and tailor programs to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align mentoring with coaching curricula and career pathways.
- Maintain confidential, ethical standards and foster a trust-based coaching relationship.
Qualification
- 3+ years of mentoring or coaching experience with adults in a professional setting.
- Proven ability to guide career development and leadership growth.
- Strong active listening, questioning, and facilitation skills.
- Experience designing mentoring programs or curricula is a plus.
- Certified coach or relevant credential is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage schedules, and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with high emotional intelligence.
