Responsibility

  • Design and implement a scalable mentoring program from onboarding to advanced coaching tracks.
  • Recruit, train, and support a diverse network of mentors across functions and levels.
  • Develop curricula, toolkit, and playbooks to standardize high-quality mentoring engagements.
  • Define success metrics, monitor outcomes, and continuously optimize programs using data and feedback.
  • Partner with HR, product, and partnerships to align mentoring with business goals and product roadmaps.
  • Facilitate mentor-mentee matching using structured assessment and needs analysis.
  • Lead quarterly program reviews, reporting, and recognition to stakeholders and executives.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of experience in mentoring, coaching, or talent development; track record of scalable programs.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to design curricula and coaching methodologies; proficiency with learning platforms.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in defining metrics, collecting feedback, and reporting outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field; coaching certifications (e.g., ICF) a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
