Join MentorSphere Consulting as a full-time Mentor & Coaching Lead in Austin, Texas. We empower professionals to unlock potential through structured mentoring programs, one-on-one coaching, and practical development plans. You will design programs, mentor rising coaches, and measure impact to elevate careers and performance.
As a mentor leader, you will partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, people ops, and learning to build scalable curricula, run cohort programs, and foster a culture of continuous growth.
This role demands empathy, exceptional communication, and a data-driven mindset to deliver measurable outcomes for diverse professionals.
Responsibility
- Design and lead a scalable mentoring program aligned with business goals.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with mentees, setting measurable development plans.
- Train and onboard new mentors; establish certification and quality standards.
- Partner with HR and leadership to identify skills gaps and tailor curricula.
- Track program metrics, generate insights, and report impact to executives.
- Foster an inclusive culture; guide mentees from onboarding to career progression.
- Develop coaching materials, playbooks, and assessment rubrics.
- Facilitate group mentoring sessions and peer coaching circles.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in mentoring, coaching, or talent development; proven track record.
- Experience designing mentoring programs and curricula; familiarity with learning management systems.
- Strong listening, empathy, and communication skills; ability to build trust with diverse professionals.
- Experience coaching across roles in tech, product, and operations is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and experimentation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; coaching certification preferred (e.g., ICF, EMCC).
- Remote-friendly with flexibility to work across time zones if needed.
