We’re seeking a compassionate, results-driven Senior Mentoring Coach to lead one-on-one and group mentoring sessions, design impactful learning experiences, and scale our mentoring programs.

In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to establish clear goals, track progress, and deliver practical guidance across career development, leadership, communication, and resilience. You’ll also train and mentor junior mentors, curate resources, and contribute to program strategy to maximize outcomes.

Responsibility

  • Provide personalized mentoring sessions to professionals and students, including 1:1 and small group formats.
  • Assess mentee goals, create tailored coaching plans, track progress, and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Design, update, and curate mentoring curricula, resources, and workshops to support skill development.
  • Facilitate accountability through action plans, progress reviews, and practical assignments.
  • Train, supervise, and develop junior mentors; uphold high-quality mentoring standards and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with program leadership to scale the mentoring program and measure impact.
  • Uphold ethical, confidential, and inclusive mentoring practices across diverse populations.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of mentoring, coaching, or leadership development experience.
  • Proven track record of helping mentees achieve measurable growth (e.g., promotions, skill gains).
  • Exceptional listening, questioning, and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience designing curricula, learning plans, and workshops for varied audiences.
  • Ability to coach across diverse populations; comfortable with virtual and hybrid formats.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Coaching certification (e.g., ICF, CMF) is a plus.
