We are seeking a Mentor & Coaching Lead to design, run, and scale our coaching programs across industries. This role blends program strategy, mentor development, and hands-on coaching to unlock potential at every career stage.

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams, build scalable processes, and nurture a diverse mentoring community. Remote-friendly with in-person opportunities in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve mentoring programs and curricula across levels and industries.
  • Recruit, train, and certify mentors; manage mentor quality, engagement, and outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor a portfolio of mentees; track progress, outcomes, and career impact.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, partnerships, and operations to scale the program.
  • Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting; use data to drive program enhancements.
  • Host live sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching clinics to foster growth.
  • Develop tools, templates, and playbooks for mentors and mentees.
  • Manage program budget, vendor relationships, and program communications.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in mentoring, coaching, talent development, or education.
  • Proven track record designing and leading mentoring programs or coaching initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with coaching frameworks (ICF, growth mindset, deliberate practice).
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics to measure impact.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid/remote environment in San Francisco.
