As a Mentoring Lead, you will design and oversee scalable coaching initiatives, recruit and train mentors, and partner with leaders across the organization to foster a culture of continuous development.

Responsibility
- Develop and manage a scalable mentoring program aligned with organizational goals and learner outcomes.
- Recruit, onboard, and train mentors; create comprehensive onboarding materials and playbooks.
- Design curricula, mentorship guidelines, and evaluation metrics to measure success.
- Facilitate mentor-mentee matching using data-driven approaches and feedback loops.
- Coach and support mentors and mentees; provide timely, constructive feedback to accelerate growth.
- Monitor program outcomes, track KPIs, generate insightful reports, and implement continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and department leaders to ensure program alignment with strategic priorities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years in mentoring, coaching, talent development, or a closely related role.
- Proven track record designing and running successful mentoring programs at scale.
- Excellent communication, active listening, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong data analysis and measurement mindset; ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
- Experience with learning platforms (LMS) and virtual coaching; comfortable with hybrid/remote environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, project management, and organizational skills.
