BrightPath Mentoring, a leading provider of personalized mentorship programs, is seeking a dynamic Mentoring Program Coach to guide mentees through structured growth journeys. This role blends coaching excellence with program design to empower learners at all stages of their career.
As a Mentoring Program Coach, you will partner with program directors, senior mentors, and learners to deliver transformative mentorship experiences, foster practical skill development, and measure impact through robust feedback loops.
Responsibility
- Lead and facilitate one-on-one and group mentoring sessions aligned with program objectives.
- Co-create mentoring plans, milestones, and success metrics with mentees and stakeholders.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new mentors; maintain a high-quality mentoring community.
- Monitor progress, collect feedback, and adjust coaching approaches to maximize outcomes.
- Develop and curate mentoring resources, curricula, and best-practice guides.
- Collaborate with HR, education teams, and partners to integrate mentoring into career development pathways.
- Prepare progress reports and present impact insights to leadership.
Qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of coaching, mentoring, or training experience.
- Strong communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
- Proficiency in designing learning plans and measurable outcomes.
- Experience facilitating both virtual and in-person sessions.
- Ability to manage multiple mentees and maintain confidentiality.
- Degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field; coaching certification preferred.
- Proven track record of helping mentees achieve tangible skill development.
