Pulsewave Records is seeking a results-oriented Music Content Marketing Manager to lead campaigns for our roster of indie artists. Based in Nashville, this full-time role blends branding, storytelling, and data-driven marketing to grow streams, fan engagement, and live attendance.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies for new releases, tours, and brand partnerships.
  • Plan and manage social media calendars, creative briefs, and performance metrics across platforms.
  • Collaborate with A&R, design, and video teams to craft compelling storytelling that resonates with fans.
  • Analyze analytics (streams, engagement, email analytics) and report KPIs to leadership with actionable insights.
  • Optimize artist pages, metadata, and SEO for discovery on DSPs and search engines.
  • Coordinate email marketing, paid media, and influencer partnerships to maximize reach.

Qualification

  • Proven track record of successful campaigns in the music industry (stream growth, engagement, or campaigns).
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills; ability to adapt voice across genres.
