Pulsewave Records is seeking a results-oriented Music Content Marketing Manager to lead campaigns for our roster of indie artists. Based in Nashville, this full-time role blends branding, storytelling, and data-driven marketing to grow streams, fan engagement, and live attendance.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies for new releases, tours, and brand partnerships.
- Plan and manage social media calendars, creative briefs, and performance metrics across platforms.
- Collaborate with A&R, design, and video teams to craft compelling storytelling that resonates with fans.
- Analyze analytics (streams, engagement, email analytics) and report KPIs to leadership with actionable insights.
- Optimize artist pages, metadata, and SEO for discovery on DSPs and search engines.
- Coordinate email marketing, paid media, and influencer partnerships to maximize reach.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel content calendars for artist campaigns and releases.
- Craft compelling copy and briefs for social, video, and email, coordinating with design and production teams.
- Manage social media strategy and engagement, including ads and influencer partnerships.
- Optimize metadata, artist pages, and SEO to maximize discovery on DSPs and search engines.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as streams, saves, and fan growth; translate data into actionable plans.
- Collaborate with A&R, touring, and partnerships to align campaigns with artist goals.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery and quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Music Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of digital marketing, music marketing, or artist PR experience.
- Proven track record of successful campaigns in the music industry (stream growth, engagement, or campaigns).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills; ability to adapt voice across genres.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, DSP data, chart-tracking tools).
- Experience with SEO, metadata optimization, and artist page management.
- Collaborative team player with excellent project management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of licensing, rights management, and music partnerships is a plus.
