We are seeking a versatile Music Producer and Audio Engineer to lead the creation of high-impact tracks for artists, brands, and media projects. You will blend musical artistry with technical precision to deliver radio-ready mixes and immersive soundscapes.
As a key member of our creative team, you will collaborate across genres, manage sessions, and drive projects from concept through final master. This role rewards initiative, innovation, and a deep love for sonic storytelling.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end music production from concept to final master for featured projects.
- Arrange, record, edit, and mix audio with high fidelity using industry-standard DAWs.
- Collaborate with artists, producers, and brands to define sonic direction and project timelines.
- Oversee recording sessions, artist coaching, and session logistics to ensure productive performances.
- Manage project files, stems, and version control for efficient workflows.
- Deliver polished masters ready for distribution, with attention to loudness standards and metadata.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to studio best practices and templates.
- Maintain equipment, studio safety, and a clean, creative work environment.
Qualification
- 5+ years in music production and mixing with a diverse portfolio across genres.
- Proficiency in DAWs (Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Ableton Live) and high-end plugins.
- Strong ear for arrangement, harmony, rhythm, and vocal production.
- Experience in recording sessions, mic technique, and room treatment.
- Ability to deliver high-quality masters and stems aligned with distribution specs.
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of music licensing, metadata, and brand integration is a plus.
- Work authorization to live and work in the United States.
