Horizon Sound Collective is a premium music label and creative agency based in Nashville, TN. We partner with artists across genres to craft campaigns, branding, and live experiences that resonate with fans worldwide.
We are seeking a Music Marketing & Artist Relations Specialist to lead strategy, cultivate artist partnerships, and drive growth across campaigns, social media, and events. This is a hybrid role based in Nashville with occasional travel for shows and partner meetings.
In this role you will collaborate with A&R, PR, and digital teams to build compelling campaigns, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for new releases, tours, and brand partnerships.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with artists, managers, labels, venues, and media outlets.
- Lead social media strategy, content calendars, and community engagement across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X).
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Plan and coordinate events, listening parties, press days, and artist showcases.
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and contract negotiations with partners.
- Collaborate with A&R, Promotions, Publicity, and Digital teams to align branding and messaging.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities for growth.
Qualification
- 3+ years in music marketing, artist relations, promotions, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and partnerships.
- Strong network within the Nashville music scene and media outlets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (social platforms, email marketing, analytics, CRM) and music industry platforms (Spotify for Artists, Chartmetric, Bandsintown).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Music Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Understanding of music rights, licensing, sync opportunities, and licensing workflows.
- Willingness to travel for events and shows and to work flexible hours as needed.
